OHSAS 18001

Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series, is a British Standard for occupational health and safety management systems. Compliance with it enables organisations to demonstrate that they have a system in place for occupational health and safety.

ISO 9001

ISO 9001 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Organisations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. It is the most popular standard in the ISO 9000 series and the only standard in the series to which organisations can certify.

CHAS

CHAS (The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) is a pre-approval scheme, which allows contractors to demonstrate to potential clients that they meet the required health and safety standards.

SSIP

Avrenim Facilities Management have demonstrated compliance with the CHAS standards in line with SSIP Core Criteria and UK H&S Legislation and have been awarded accreditation to the requirements of the CDM Regulations 2015

NICEIC

The National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC) is one of several organisations which regulates the training and work of electrical enterprises in the UK.
