Avrenim Mechanical Design Team crowned Young Professional Team of the Year at the Insider Media North West Young Professionals Award 2024!

Avrenim recently attended the Insider Media North West Young Professional Awards where the Mechanical Design team were named the Young Professional Team of the Year.

The Avrenim Mechanical Design is deserving of this achievement. The young team includes graduate employees who joined straight from university studies with little experience in the industry. Throughout the year, the team developed their skills through training programs and attending site visits, to give them the necessary experience. following a fantastic year 

The young mechanical design team is now capable of working more autonomously, taking on more complicated work and increasing productivity. This means that the business can expand at the anticipated rate with the current young mechanical engineering team being expanded shortly.

The capability and cohesion of the team have led to Avrenim being able to deliver on the promise of a “one-stop shop” from RIBA 0-7.

Congratulations to the Mechanical Design team; Sam Alselwi, Vicky Choi, Mohamed Aboubakr, Samuel Atkins and Harish Baghwath for this fantastic achievement, awarded for your strong examples of teamwork and creative leadership, whilst working in a fast-paced environment.

Avrenim would also like to thank and congratulate the Head of Mechanical Design, Jan van den Hazelkamp for his exceptional work in guiding and developing the young Mechanical Design team.

Avrenim is also congratulating Business Development Manager, Hannah Davis for her nomination of Young Business Development Professional of the Year on the night of the awards.

Avrenim is proud of the excellent development shown by its younger employees, giving the wider team confidence that the new generation of professionals is capable of accomplishing great things.
